Founded in 2018 by experts in cyber security and education.
Secure Schools is a team of cyber security professionals and also educationalists, with a passion for empowering schools with technology as well as maintaining children as well as young adults safe in education. Jill and Paul founded Secure Schools to tackle the growing challenge of cyber security in UK schools and also trusts. Their approach is to allow schools and trusts to take a risk-based approach to cyber security, with risks identified by the UK Government combined with their own assessments, without introducing barriers to learning.

We were selected for the 4th cohort of the UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Cyber Accelerator Programme. The Accelerator supports the growth of start-up cyber companies who aim to bring new 'better, faster and also cheaper' security products to market. Throughout this programme we ramped up our technical capabilities and launched our school cyber security app.

We built the UK's very first cyber security management application devoted for schools and trusts.
We've built an online portal and web application that provides schools with all the tools and also training they require to operate a successful cyber security programme and build cyber resilience. Our application has actually been built specifically for schools with role-based access to support school leaders with risk assessments, ICT teams (or IT service providers) with secure device configuration as well as staff training management for HR as well as operations personnel.
