The Brief: National Transformation Agenda for Leadership & Business

On July 18, 2019, ten national and international speakers with over 200 years worth of experience, led by International Business Coach Alex Ihama will embark upon a national agenda to transform the way corporate and civil groups approach leadership and business. Their objective will be to get people to start thinking more purposeful in their mindset and strategic in their approach and to help them focus on their national dignity instead of their income to determine their strength and success.

Some may argue that Jamaica is experiencing a leadership crisis. This can be attributed to the many whispers of corruption in business and leadership at various levels. This is where purposeful leadership becomes relevant. Driven by a passion to challenge and inspire individuals to align their profession with their purpose, Alex Ihama has taken the bold step to make a difference in Jamaica. He is not doing it alone. Having a shared vision for the development of Jamaica, the team of speakers boast expertise in Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Leadership, Marketing, Personal Development, Innovation, and Social Change.

In addition to the summit, Alex will be leading a Canadian delegation to conduct a community outreach activity focused on women empowerment; and will meet with aspiring entrepreneurs to discuss the strategies to overcome the fear of failure.
