Extremely poor service
I have ordered from here before and have never had much of an issue. however, in my most recent experience, I placed an order and after 3 hours of waiting and several unsuccessful attempts to make contact via phone call, email and instagram, I have received no food. The tracker also was giving me wrong updates, saying my food was on its way, that it had been delivered and then somehow after, it was back at the store being checked. eventually it disappeared altogether! finally the manager answered my call to which she told me my phone doesnt work. that is unimportant because I have made orders with that number previously with no problem. If i could give 0 stars, I would.
